What does full service mean?
- Owned and operated by a graduate of the
Culinary Institute of America with 25+ years of professional
experience. I spent 5 years in Vail and a year in Jackson
Hole as an Executive Chef and caterer, and have been a caterer/restaurateur
(Headwaters Restaurant) in the Gallatin and Madison Valleys
for 8+ years.
-I don't have the distraction of operating
a restaurant as many other "caterers" do.
-Personalized menu design to meet your needs
and wants including ethnic, vegetarian, wild game and natural/organic.
Others normally only provide a limited list from which to
choose.
-Complete in-house event planning services
including rentals, floral arrangements, calligraphy or printing
services, and custom table and buffet linens. I can also
coordinate with your event planner.
-Professional staff.
-Fully licensed and insured kitchen and limited
liability company.
-Many local references available and I don't
charge for mileage as other caterers do. I am a member of
Slow Food USA, an international organization that promotes
the use of local regional andseasonal products.
